Volunteer Position Title: Support Services Volunteer

Position Summary
The Support Services Volunteer provides administrative and project-based assistance to support behind-the-scenes departments such as Human Resources and Communications. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks, organization, working independently and having a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble materials for distribution to branch locations.
- Create and organize new employee packets.
- Assist with making buttons and other small production tasks.
- Sort, file, and organize paperwork, storage areas, and documents.
- Support general office organization and administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule & Commitment
- This is an as-needed volunteer position.
- Typically, 1–3 hours per shift, approximately twice per month
- Schedule is flexible; however, notification is often, but not always, short. Volunteers may be contacted to assist within a few days to a week when time-sensitive projects arise.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Dependable and responsive to scheduling requests
- Comfortable working independently and following instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move light materials
