Patient Experience Volunteer - Colchester & Ipswich only

ESNEFT's Patient Experience team are seeking volunteers who can you really can make a difference to a patients hospital stay by
- visiting with patients through the hospitals to engage in meaningful conversation,
- giving the patient time to talk about topics that matter to them and break up their day,
- conducting patient experience surveys and record feedback on Trust databases,
- participating in patient panels and group projects that appeal.
In this role you would get to visit different wards and patients each shift, ensuring no shifts are ever the same. If this sounds like something you'd like to try, please complete our online application form and we will be in touch with more details.
Shifts are flexible so this role is perfect for anyone who would like to support the hospital but would struggle with regular shifts. However, you must be available for training sessions and induction which will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm as part of the recruitment process.
