Divisional Headquarters Front Desk Help - DHQ Front Desk Help

We’re seeking a skilled and friendly Volunteer with Front Office Executive experience to join The Salvation Army.

You will be the first point of contact for our staff and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service.

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department using our phone system.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Fluency in English, punctual and able to follow instructions.

The hours are Monday-Friday from 10 AM-2PM. This is not an open door apointment please call 414-302-4300 or email the contact information provided below for an appointment!
