Presentation Assistant

Purpose of Role:

The Presentation Assistant is a voluntary position assisting in the smooth running of medal presentations and presenters and keeping the ceremony area under control.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ensure medals and trophies are in order and ready for presentation
  • Organise medal bearers and medal and trophy presenters,
  • Assist the Ceremonies Coordinator in victory ceremony processes
  • Support the Ceremonies Coordinator in any other way required.
