You’ll have regular varied opportunities drop into your profile across Hampshire with everything from one-off opportunities to work in our venues on events to unique and exciting projects, cultural events and more. What to expect:

Our volunteer roles are designed to be tailored around you, your interests and your skills. Some of the things you could be up to include:

  • Jumping into one of our venues on a special event to support operations and activities – everything from welcoming people to running around behind the scenes.
  • Support varied and exciting local cultural events with everything from carnivals to markets.
  • Get involved in a variety of one-off projects, working groups or activities to provide your insight or work on a variety of short-term programmes.
  • Step in to support a variety of social impact, cultural or musical events across our venues in any variety of roles from supporting facilitators to helping event planners.
  • Work behind the scenes or front of house at the latest gallery unveiling.
  • Jump in and out of volunteering as and when it suits you.
  • Opportunities will be made visible and available within your volunteering portal as and when they are available with relevant communication and information provide as and when it becomes available.

 

Full training, guidance and support will be provided for any role.

 

 

Skills and Experience:

Ideally to be comfortable in this volunteer role we think you will need to have:

  • Customer centric with a passion for getting stuck in – Essential
  • The ability to adapt, change and reprioritise at short notice.
  • The desire to volunteer, but limited time to do so.
