Welcome and Tuck in Call Program
Our Welcome and Tuck in call volunteers help ensure no one has to face illness alone. This program provides compassionate support to home patients through weekly "check-up" phone calls to inquire about overall health, pain management, and needs for medication refills or additional equipment. These volunteers can also alert our clinical staff to emerging patient needs that help prevent crisis situations. This is a remote volunteer opportunity and is done at your own home with your own devices.
