Sherwood Center for the Arts - Usher

•Collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events
•Greet patrons attending events
•Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules
•Be responsible for refreshment area before event and during intermission
•Provide assistance to patrons with special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs
•Distribute programs to patrons
•Assist patrons in finding seats

Qualifications
•Must be at least 16 years of age
•Work well with individuals and groups in a public environment.
•Ability to work independently, but able to freely ask questions of staff
•Positive and outgoing with excellent customer service skills
