Volunteering is a great way for the community to get involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis! There are a variety of volunteer opportunities ranging from 1‐2 hours/week to one‐time special events.

TITLE: Education Program Assistant
Homework Assistance - Tutoring
DEPARTMENT: Education
REPORTS TO: Education Manager
Site Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Education Program is responsible for: providing guidance and discipline to ensure a safe and positive environment for youth; and assisting in the implementation and delivery of educational programs for youth ages 6 to 18.
SKILLS RECOMMENDED:
Knowledge
Knowledgeable of youth development principles and practices. Knowledgeable of the procedures and resources related to career and education programs.
Education
Academically sound, high school junior and seniors. Some college preferred.
Experience
Minimum of one year experience working with youth ages 6 to 18.
