Ticket Scanner Volunteer - Position Description
Role:
To courteously and efficiently respond to the requirements of patrons’ attending the FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton (FOACM). To accept and verify patron tickets as they enter the theatre for a performance.
Time Commitment:
- Volunteer two shifts per month
- Required on site 60 minutes prior to curtain, or as scheduled
Responsibilities:
- Ensure awareness of location at which to be stationed
- Follow the e-ticket-taking/manual paper operating procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum 16 years of age
- Must meet requirements of Community Services volunteer program
