Boise Urban Garden School - Larry Gebert Day
In honor of the Larry Gebert day of service, join us in the BUGS garden on Saturday, June 25 from 9-11:30 AM. Our work party activity will focus on a mulching project to keep weeds at bay. Specific tasks will be placing cardboard as a weed barrier, loading wheelbarrows with woodchip mulch, carting the wheelbarrows across the property, and dumping the mulch on top of the cardboard layer. Wear close-toed shoes and bring any work gloves you have; we will have extra gloves and all the other equipment needed.
