Are you that person who can strike up a conversation with almost anyone? Do you enjoy meeting new people? We are calling on customer service experts like you to help us "WOW" our guests, and leave them with fond memories of Fort Edmonton Park that they will cherish for a lifetime! You will meet n' greet our guests; be one of the first smiling faces during their experience, and be able to direct them, suggest activities that they may like to take in, or generally help them to maximize their fun at the Park.
Assets:

Available for shifts (typically 3 hrs), between Tues. – Sun.; 9:30am – 3:00 pm

This volunteer position is an ongoing position to share a few hours routinely; we ask for a minimum commitment of 20 hrs/season. Scheduling does allow for flexibility based upon your availability. Applicants for this position must be 16 yrs+, or to ensure the safety and success of younger volunteers, we require youth 14 years+ to volunteer with a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
For Youth wanting to volunteer independently: We will offer a Newsies Junior Volunteer position which pairs youth aged 13-17 years old with an adult staff to mentor your skill development. This position is limited and can be extremely competitive. Please be sure to create your own volunteer profile here and apply to the Junior Newsies 2025 role separately, when it is available.
