Welcome to AUSA Volunteering!
Volunteering with AUSA is a great way to build skills, make friends, and get involved with your campus community. Our goal is to connect students, not-for-profit organisations and the broader University and we have opportunities for all!
On campus
We work to support and create campus culture through fun and engaging events. From helping with logistics to serving up the lunches, giving away the freebies or showing new students where the fun is, there's a role for everyone.
Our Mission
Adelaide University Student Association (AUSA) is the student association at Adelaide University, a non-profit student-owned organisation focused on the student experience, supporting students to build their identity and develop the skills and connections that shape their time at university. Our work is defined by the following values:
Connections and Belonging
- We bring people together, build communities, and help students find their place.
Support for the Whole Student
- We help make uni a place where you can gain confidence, develop skills and find a sense of purpose and identity.
Independence and Advocacy
- We’re run by students – not the university. Our independence means we advocate without compromise.
Open and Accessible
- Our openness, accessibility and inclusivity mean all cultures, backgrounds and experiences are welcomed and celebrated.
No two students experience the same university life, and AUSA is here to ensure the support you need is readily available.
