Before applying, please keep the following in mind:

  • Our volunteer program requires a minimum 6‑month commitment. Please consider your personal schedule, upcoming plans, and long‑term availability to ensure you can commit consistently.
  • Review the details of each volunteer opportunity carefully, and apply only to roles that are currently open, align with what you are looking for, match your availability, and suit your experience level.

Foster Care Volunteer

 

If you're 19 or older and interested in making a meaningful impact through fostering, we’d love to invite you to apply - we hope you can support in any of the following ways:

 

  • You're able and willing to care for cats, kittens, small animals, and puppies
  • You’re open to fostering animals needing behavior support (such as under-socialized cats)
  • This foster program does not have adult dogs.

 

Commitment:

  • You can commit to a minimum of 6 months (6 months available to receive foster requests. Foster placement and length depend on matching results and individual animal needs)

  • Please note that this role requires the completion of mandatory online training.

 


Cat Care / Wellness

Only applications that fit the following criteria will be considered:

Regular, ongoing weekly availability for the next 6 months, with a commitment of one shift per week.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 16
  • Experience with cats required
  • Availability we need:
    • 9am - 12pm shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
    • 1pm - 3pm: Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

 

Mandatory Process:

  • Online training
  • Onsite training
  • Note: Applicants will only receive invitation to orientation after successful screening and completion of online training.
