Volunteer Opportunities

Donor Centre/Mobile Volunteer

Welcome donors with genuine warmth – your smile, your conversation, and your presence set the tone for the entire visit. As one of the final touchpoints before they leave, you have the power to make donors feel appreciated, confident and proud of the difference they’ve made.

Awareness & Recruitment Volunteer

Our awareness and recruitment volunteers are the spark that helps grow Canada’s Lifeline. By promoting donation events and inspiring others to get involved, they you a vital role in expanding our reach and strengthening our impact in the community.

Post-Secondary Volunteer Teams

Our post-secondary clubs are dedicated to recruiting donors on college and university campuses. They plan and implement unique initiatives to engage students, school staff and other supporters in various ways to support Canadian Blood Services. Campus advocates can have a major impact.

Stem Cell Volunteer Recruiters

These recruiters play a crucial role in growing Canadian Blood Services’ Stem Cell Registry. At community events, you’ll spark awareness, guide potential registrants through the process, and support them as they complete their buccal swabs.
