As a Sales Floor Volunteer, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces customers see when they visit our charity shop. You’ll help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, assisting them to find what they’re looking for, and answering any questions—with support from the shop team always close by.
You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the shop, helping to keep it well stocked, organised, and attractively presented—making every visit a positive experience while supporting our lifesaving work.
