Amateur Radio Communications
In the event of a community-wide disaster, our telecommunications system will become overloaded, if not inoperable. Fortunately, when all else fails, Cupertino's amateur radio operators will still be able to provide information and aid the City's response. This group of volunteers meets monthly to discuss issues regarding amateur radio emergency strategies, conducts disaster drills and is available to provide communications for special events. New members are always welcome!
