Description:  
 
The Future Civic Leaders Program is a unique opportunity for middle school and high school students within the ages of 13-15 years of age. We are seeking for young individuals who want to make positive changes in their community and become leaders. Students will meet in-person once a month and virtually weekly to learn more about local government and improve leadership skills. The FCLs will attend volunteer opportunities, City Job shadows, and skill building workshops. This program offers volunteering opportunities that help build professional development while fostering a sense of teamwork with other like-minded individuals. Requirements: 
    • 13-15 years of age  
    • Able to attend the meetings 
    • Keep up with communication 
    • Able to meet virtually and in person 
    • Demonstrates interest in community service and leadership 
 
Commitment:  
    • Monday's Virtually: 5:30 PM- 6:30 PM
