Dog Foster: Behaviour Training (Large Breed)
The Foster Parent's role is to utilize WHS positive training methods and consistency to help the dog which results in a positive (adoption) outcome. Some canines come into our shelter with issues like resource guarding, mouthy/nipping, not being housebroken, or jumping which are difficult to address and overcome in a shelter environment. Foster Parents will be fully supported by our Behaviour Team.
