Towerman: to assist in the resetting of the hoist bundle (lowering it down, 45lbs) and lowering the high-rise pack (35lbs) after each run. One person per side of course. Will be lowering items 4 stories.

Recovery Tent   Assisting in hydration and cooling down for any competitors not needing medical care. Cool towels for competitors, helping remove gear, giving Gatorade etc. Just supportive, no medical treatment or skills required.

Merch/Admin Assist. Merchandise and administration assistants will be assisting with FireFit employees selling merchandise and helping register competitors for their events.
