Girl Guides Deputy District Manager
The Deputy District Manager assists the District Manager in the leadership of the District Management Team, and manages all volunteers in the area. Responsibilities may include promoting guiding in the area, managing volunteers, ensuring smooth communication between volunteers in the district, and to the region, ensure the Australian Guide Program is delivered effectively and safely, oversee the District Management Team to ensure appropriate record keeping, financial management and administrative support. The focus of the role is providing management and administration support to the volunteers running activities for the guides, to enable them to do so more efficiently. The time commitment can be flexible, rather than a weekly meeting at the same time.
