Homework Club Tutor (Meadow Heights Primary)
The North West Region of the Anglican Diocese operates a homework club on Tuesday afternoons from 3.15 to 4.45 pm during school term, at Meadow Heights Primary School. Students range from Grade 4 to Grade 6. Two volunteers are required to assist in this homework club for 1 hour per week. Work one on one with children, reinforce learning which is undertaken in classroom. Act as an appropriate role model, assist in development of student's social skills and confidence. Police check and WWC check are required. Volunteers are required to: *Assist student with their homework *Record details related to activities undertaken and student/behaviour/progress at the end of each session *Inform the Coordinator of any concern related to students *Advise the Coordinator as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the homework club. *Exercise a duty of care at all times.
