We support Australians of all ages with special needs by offering integrated

support services. We take pleasure in extending our assistance and care to

their families and carers. We strive to make our participants feel valued,

respected, and accomplished.

We are currently seeking Sewing and Knitting Volunteers to join our team.

 

The role

 

·         You will work in our Day Care centre in Roxburgh  with youth Participants

·         We will supply all the materials as well as the tools needed

·         Teaching the participants to make basic simple pieces

·         You can work with them  independently or with one of our team to help you

 

About you

 

·         You are friendly, engaging, and able to establish communication with youth people

·         You can remain calm and patient all the time

·         You understand or have experience in setting and maintaining professional boundaries

·         You have a high degree of integrity and always respect the privacy of the participants

 

 

Requirements

 

·         Current WWCC

·         Current Police check clearance

·         COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate
