Education Volunteer

The Education Volunteer are people who have personally been impacted by road trauma. They play a critical role in our education programs. Help promote road safety in your local community. They talk about their experiences and how it has personally impacted on them (the crash itself, the emotional, physical, financial, social impacts to them and others around them, the ongoing impacts on theirs and other lives) In the North & West Region we run regular programmes at Broadmeadows (Global Learning Centre, Sunshine (Harvester Room). The seminar is a 3 hour session seminar 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm, volunteers speak for about 20 minutes with 10 minute question time... we train them in putting their personal experiences together in presenting them Contact Karen Robinson if you are interested in under-taking the training, Tuesday 26 August, 5.30 - 8.30 pm, Tuesday 23 September 5.30 - 8.30 pm, Hume Global Learning Centre, 1093 Pascoe Vale Road, Broadmeadows.
