Facilities and Maintenance
Volunteers in this role assist with the upkeep and maintenance of NMDR’s facilities under the guidance of our facilities technician, Earl. Tasks may include repairs, general maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and other handyman-type jobs to help keep the shelter running smoothly and safely for the dogs and staff. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work and want to make a direct impact on the daily operations of NMDR.
Mission Statement
The mission of National Mill Dog Rescue is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home discarded breeding dogs and to educate the general public about the cruel realities of the commercial dog breeding industry.
