Hunter Supporter Group – RSPCA NSW 

Want to make a difference in your local community and help people and their pets? 

Join our Hunter Supporter Group and become part of a passionate, like-minded group raising vital funds and awareness for animal welfare right here in your own backyard. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Organising donations and preparing them for use at stalls and fundraising events
  • Coordinating with other volunteers regarding events and market stalls
  • Promoting RSPCA NSW and sharing information with interested members of the community
  • Complying with Work Health and Safety guidelines and RSPCA NSW policies and procedures
  • Attending supporter group meetings to discuss important matters should you wish to join 

This role is ideal for those who understand that community fundraising and outreach play a profound and essential part in advancing animal welfare. 

What we're looking for 

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Able to lift up to 10kg
  • Strong verbal, reading and writing skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for connecting with people in the community
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about RSPCA NSW 

Time commitment 

This is a flexible, as-needed role — get involved as frequently or occasionally as suits you.
