Join our Gardening Volunteer Team and help create beautiful, calming, outdoor spaces for animals and community .at RSPCA NSW
What you'll be doing
- Weeding, sweeping and general garden tidy-ups
- Planting flowers, shrubs and greenery
- Maintaining veggie gardens (including harvesting for our pocket pets!)
- Watering garden beds
- Mowing grassed areas and animal enclosures
Sharing ideas to help our outdoor spaces thrive. This role is ideal for those who understand that non-animal contact roles play a profound and essential part in advancing animal welfare.
What we're looking for
- At least 16 years of age.
- Able to lift up to 15kg.
- Have a positive team-focused attitude.
- A genuine care for animal welfare.
- Basic gardening experience is desirable but not essential.
Minimum commitment
One 4-hour shift per week or fortnight
Monday–Sunday | 8am–12pm or 12pm–4pm
