ADMINISTRATOR
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Volunteers provide administration support to the Retail shop in St Ouen. The accuracy of administration is essential to the efficient running of the Charity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To provide administration support.
- Answer the phone and take messages.
- Book deliveries and collections into the diary for the drivers
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Be approachable, patient and friendly and uphold our high levels of confidentiality.
- Good telephone manner.
