Naional Indigenous People’s Day Celebration
Saturday June 20th at Burnaby Civic Square
NIPD Celebration is a community celebration to honour, recognize and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures, and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis peoples. All are welcome to participate.
Note that although NIPD is on Sunday June 21, the Celebration at Civic Square is on Sat June 20, to accommodate the needs of the Host Nations.
This event includes storytelling, performances, an Indigenous artisan market, and free activities throughout the day.
