Westwood Service Day - Gardening for Good
Please sign up to help TK-2nd grade students give back to the community in partnership with Gardening for Good.
Volunteers should arrive at 7:30am to help with set up in the cafeteria and stay until approximately 11:00am.
Students will be divided into two groups, TK/2nd and Kindergarten/1st grade. When they enter the cafeteria, they will hear a short presentation about Gardening for Good and then work in groups to plant seeds in prepared trays.
Volunteers will assist with set up, planting, and clean up for each group. When all students have completed planting, volunteers could help with transporting materials to the Gardening for Good vehicles and help prepare the cafeteria for lunch services.
Qualifications Required
- Valid Background Check Must be Expires
- 25-26 Volunteer Manual Must be Complete
