Castro Valley In Person Teen Volunteer Activities - Castro Valley Library Homework Center

The Castro Valley Library is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic High School student volunteers, just a few hours a week, for its after-school Homework Assistance Center.

 

Where: Castro Valley Library, 3600 Norbridge Ave., Castro Valley

 

When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

from 3:30pm to 5:00pm

 

What: Help with a variety of assignments from elementary to high school level in English, math, science, & languages.

 

Why: Help students tackle their homework,

gain valuable experience, and have fun.

 

Potential volunteers MUST ATTEND an orientation for this program prior to starting.  Those volunteering at the Castro Valley Library, must be trained at Castro Valley in this program and must commit for at least 5 sessions.

Qualifications Required

  • Age Level Must be at least High School Teen
