Cycle Autumn - Set Up Marshals
Role Overview
Responsible for preparing the event village before cyclists arrive.
Key Duties

Set up gazebos, tables, chairs, barriers and signage

Install registration, welcome, merchandise and refreshment areas

Put up route maps and directional signage

Ensure start line is safe and clearly marked

Support other areas once setup is complete
Shift Times

Shift 1: 6:00am – 9:30am

Shift 2 (Support/Transition): 9:30am – 12:00pm
