District Office

We are looking for volunteers to help make this year's event a success! Support is needed for both event setup on Friday late afternoon to evening (November 6), setup Saturday morning (November 7), and during the event Saturday (November 7). 

Volunteer tasks may include:

• Hanging coats on hangers

• Organizing supplies by item or size (coats, scarves, gloves/mittens, etc)

• Checking in families

• Supporting shopper questions

• Checking out and bagging items

Some roles may involve physical activity. Please communicate any specific needs you may have, and we will gladly accommodate you.

We will also need volunteers to gather coats and other winter accessories from the various schools. More information on this to come soon!
