Role Overview:
Event Village Set-Up Volunteers help prepare the event space before participants arrive.

Shift Time:

12:00pm – 4:00pm (primary set-up shift)
Optional additional support: 4:00pm – 6:30pm (final preparations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up gazebos, signage and barriers

• Help arrange tables, decorations and lighting

• Support supplier and stallholder arrivals

• Prepare registration areas

• Ensure the site is welcoming and organised

We’re looking for people who:

• Are practical and hands-on

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Can assist with light lifting and carrying

• Are available during the daytime prior to the event opening
