❄️ Winter Class Party Volunteer Sign-Up
Our Winter Parties will be held on Friday, December 19th, and we’d love your help making them a fun and festive celebration for students!
Please sign up by Thursday, November 21st to show your interest in attending and volunteering at a class party.
Teachers will confirm selected volunteers by Monday, November 24th, and will reach out to those chosen.
Each class will have a limited number of volunteer spots:

TK & Kindergarten: 4 volunteers per class

1st–5th Grades: 2 volunteers per class
If you’re selected, your child’s teacher will contact you after November 24th to discuss ways you can help. This might include:

Assisting in the classroom during the party

Helping organize activities
-
Donating supplies
Party Times:
TK & 1st Grade: 1:00–1:45 PM
Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades: 2:00–2:45 PM
Qualifications Required
- Valid Background Check Must be Expires
- 25-26 Volunteer Manual Must be Complete
