The Heights - 2026 French Festival
The Event Support Volunteer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of NTAV Event. Volunteers can assist with a variety of tasks before, during, and after the event, helping to create a positive experience for all attendees.
Volunteer Tasks can include upon direction:

- Assist with event setup and pack-down (e.g., arranging tables, signage, decorations)
- Greet and direct attendees, providing information and assistance as needed
- Support registration and check-in processes
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Provide support to presenters, performers, or vendors
- Assist with crowd flow and queue management
- Help with merchandise or refreshment stalls (if applicable)
- Respond to attendee inquiries or escalate to staff when necessary
Skills & Attributes:

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a team and taking direction
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in busy environments
Training & Support:
Volunteers will receive a briefing prior to the event and ongoing support from the event team. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to help and a positive attitude!
