Role Overview:
As an Event Village Stall Volunteer, you’ll help run one of the official St Giles Hospice stalls during Light the Night. These stalls may include merchandise, refreshments, raffle tickets, information points or donation stations.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere!

Shift Timings

• Event shift: 6:30 -12:30am
• Full shift: 4:30pm - 12:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Help set up and prepare the stall before the event opens

• Welcome and engage with participants and supporters

• Handle sales, donations or raffle entries (if applicable)

• Provide information about St Giles Hospice services

• Keep the stall area tidy and organised

• Assist with pack down at the end of the event

We’re Looking For Volunteers Who:

• Are friendly, approachable and confident speaking to the public

• Are comfortable handling money or card payments (if required)

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Can remain positive and welcoming throughout the evening
