Description
The Patron Support Assistant plays an important role to facilitate a positive experience for patrons at the Women & Girls Swim sessions. Please note that this is a Women & Girls swim only. Only female applicants will be considered for this volunteer position. This volunteer role will perform the following duties mostly in the facility lobby and on the pool deck.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patrons as they arrive in the lobby
- Assist with locker usage
- Provide patrons with information and expectations of pool etiquette including proper swim attire, requirement of swim diaper for children under 7 years old, etc. before entering the pool area
Minimum Requirements
Age 14 and over
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Arabic, Farsi, Hindi or Punjabi is a great asset
- Enjoy interacting with people
