The Welcome Team Junior Ambassador Program at Toronto Pearson Airport puts passion into practice, and candidates can become part of this dedicated and enthusiastic team of volunteers helping travellers navigate Canada’s largest airport
We're currently looking for new Junior Ambassador volunteers to join the program with an ability to commit a minimum of 40 volunteer hours.
This is a great way to complete your community service hours, learn customer service skills, interact with a variety of different cultures, and be part of a dynamic airport environment. You will also get to learn more about how the airport works.
oronto Pearson airport volunteers love to greet people, be that friendly smiling face in the crowd and help people find their way in a dynamic setting.
Welcome Team Junior Ambassador volunteers help passengers at Toronto Pearson airport feel welcomed, relaxed and delighted by:
- Greeting passengers throughout the terminals
- Providing general directions to washrooms, restaurants, gates, airport services and more
- Responding to basic passenger inquiries with thoughtful, enthusiastic and accurate answers
- Enhancing the overall passenger experience at Pearson
It is a meaningful way for secondary school students (minimum age 15) to fulfill their community service hours while having a meaningful and stimulating volunteering experience
