Dining Hall - Dinner
Help us welcome our residents home for the night with a delicious dinner. Volunteers help prepare the meal, serve from the food line, and assist with cleanup. You must be able to stand comfortably for two and a half hours and work in a fast paced environment. Individuals and groups up to 2 are welcome. This volunteer shift is from 4:30 PM. - 7:00 PM. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
The Dining Hall is located in the Center of Hope at 2015 26th Ave. N. Birmingham, Al 35234. Please park in the lot closest to Finley Boulevard and enter through the Women's Shelter intake entrance.
Please sign in at the In-take desk. All volunteers are asked to wear close-toed rubber bottom shoes and long pants (or skirts).
Please leave all personal items at home or in the car.
**No pictures of our clients are to be taken at any time, even with their permission.
