Religious Community Visitor Consent Program
We are currently looking for one volunteer to support the Religious Community Visitor (RCV) consent process. In this role, you will visit inpatients at the cancer centre to confirm and update their spiritual care preferences. At the end of each shift, you’ll relay this information to the Spiritual Health Practitioner.
Shifts will take place on a weekday, with a flexible 1-hour window between 8am and 4pm. Training will start as soon as suitable volunteers are identified. After the initial training, our Spiritual Health Practitioner will accompany you on a few patients visit to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with the process.
Final shift time may be adjusted based on unit needs.
