Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled esthetician or spa skin specialist to provide comfort and care to cancer patients in our palliative care unit. As a volunteer, you will use your expertise to offer hand and foot massages and basic nail care (including nail cutting).

Responsibilities:

• Provide gentle hand and foot massages to patients.
• Perform basic nail care as needed.
• Create a relaxing and supportive environment for patients.
• Adhere to hygiene and infection prevention protocols.

Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience or certification in esthetics or spa treatments.
• Availability for a weekly shift.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Willingness to attend training sessions (held Thursdays, 10am to 12pm).

All necessary supplies will be provided.
