SummerFest - Assist with Loading and Unloading Truck(s)
Truck Loading & Unloading at the IH2 Warehouse
Help prepare SummerFest behind the scenes by loading and unloading trucks at the Inspired Hearts and Hands warehouse. These volunteer sessions are critical to ensuring all supplies, clothing, shoes, backpacks, and equipment are transported safely and efficiently between our warehouse and SummerFest locations.
Volunteers are needed for the following dates:
- Wednesday, August 5 – Load trucks for Beaver County SummerFest
- Friday, August 7 – Reload trucks following the Beaver event for Butler County SummerFest
- Sunday, August 9 – Unload trucks after Butler SummerFest and load remaining donations for Goodwill
- Monday, August 10 - Unload Truck at Goodwill
Volunteers should be comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving boxes, totes, clothing racks, and other event materials. Team lifting is encouraged for heavier items.
