Audubon Coastal Bird Survey

Are you interested in coastal birds and their habitats, conservation, and making a difference? Volunteer to participate in the Audubon Coastal Bird Survey (ACBS), a volunteer-driven, community science effort that was developed in response to the 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.

Under the guidance of the ACBS coordinators, volunteers will count, identify, and document coastal bird species at multiple survey sites in Jackson, Harrison, and Hancock counties in MS. It's also a great way to hone your bird identification skills!

Fall Surveys: August 20 - October 30
