Statewide Family Support - Outreach Administrative Volunteer
PURPOSE: To provide support to the Outreach staff in copying materials for trainings and other educational materials distributed to families, agencies, schools, and professionals, and to assist in disseminating those materials to the public
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES;
• assist in preparing materials for trainings of families
• assist in copying and compiling various educational materials
distributed to families, agencies, schools, and professionals
• assist in disseminating materials to the public by mail or
other means
• maintain confidentiality when disseminating information to families
QUALIFICATIONS: The volunteer must be able to lift materials, sort and copy materials, and when trained, disseminate the copied and compiled materials.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Training will be provided on: copy machines, postage machines (if appropriate), copying and compiling educational materials for families, agencies, schools, and professionals.
TIME AND PLACE:
Tennessee Voices for Children, 1315 8th Avenue South, Nashville, TN. 37203. Hours of operation, 8am to 5pm
COMMITMENT: Flexible. Can be long term or a one time project. A good opportunity for small groups.
SUPERVISION/EVALUATION: Provided by the Outreach Supervisor

- Clerical Skills Must be at least Beginner
- Organizational Skills Must be at least Beginner
