Festival Role (virtual)
· Do you enjoy offering assistance to the public?
· Are you interested in being the virtual face of the festival for our customers?
· Strong communication skills
· Has existing knowledge of the festival/willingness to learn
Customer Service volunteers are prepared to be:
· The first point of contact for anyone who has questions about the festival
· Invest in learning and sharing knowledge on festival FAQs (pricing, dates, streaming capabilities, film information etc.)
· Comfortable answering phone calls
· Able to respond promptly and thoroughly to emails
· Willing to learn Eventive ticketing software or exercise previous knowledge to help solve customer problems
