Festival Role (virtual)
· Do you enjoy problem solving?
· Are you comfortable using/learning online ticketing and streaming software?
· Do you have experience working to resolve IT issues?
Technical Assistant volunteers are prepared to:
· Listen to and help resolve customer inquiries and issues involving festival tech (streaming, connection issues, navigating website etc.)
· Give step-by-step instructions to viewers who may not be comfortable using online software
· Skillfully navigate Eventive and/or be willing to learn all functions of the platform
