Feeding Programs - Community Lunch Service
Looking for a meaningful way to feed the hungry and connect with our community? Join us for our Community Lunch every Wednesday from 1:00–2:00 PM and help make a real difference, one plate at a time!
Location: The Salvation Army Family Services Building
417 NE Adams St., Downtown Peoria
What You’ll Do:
Volunteers will assist with serving a hot, prepared meal cafeteria-style to guests who join us for lunch. You'll also help with basic clean-up duties afterward. It’s a simple act of service that leaves a big impact!
We’re looking for volunteers who are:
Reliable, professional, and hardworking
Kind and compassionate to everyone
Ready to lend a hand and a smile
This opportunity is supervised by our Food and Warehouse Manager, and it's a great fit for individuals, small groups, or anyone who wants to give back during the week.
