Local Emergency Management Representative (LEMR)
Local Emergency Management Representatives support the Emergency Management Lead with the operations of the four branches within the local emergency program:
• EA Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) members/Duty Officers (DOs)
• Emergency Support Services (ESS)
• Communications (Comms)
• Neighbourhood Program (NHP)
Local Emergency Management Representatives are recognized as Public Safety Lifeline Volunteers through the Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness.
