Special Events - Youth Climate Action Wylie Lane Project
Come help us take Climate Action! Being intentional stewards of our Boise riparian areas is crucial to the health of our local ecosystem in addition to doing our part in tackling large scale climate issues. There was a recent Boise Riverbank stabilization project on the Northwest side of the Greenbelt just off of Wylie Ln and on 11/2 we will start rehabilitating this habitat by planting over 100 native plants and pulling some invasive weeds.
In order to launch the Wylie Ln riparian rehabilitation process in a single morning we need your help! Register here for a morning of fulfilling work on a project spearheaded by passionate students and supported by a team from the Boise Parks & Rec, Birds of Prey Partnership, and Tresure Valley Tree Canopy Network.
All ages are welcome and please bring a refillable water bottle. Snacks will be provided! Other details including parking information will be communicated the week before the event.
