This role is suitable for those age 18+
South Shields Museum & Art Gallery is looking for a friendly and approachable volunteer to help gather valuable feedback from visitors after they have visited our new exhibition Mignard: The Power of Posing. In this role, you will invite visitors to take part in a post-visit survey using a tablet and offer assistance if needed.
Skills needed:
We are looking for volunteers who are confident and friendly.
Volunteers will need to use initiative and independently approach visitors
Good to know:
Volunteers will be based in the stairwell of museum, capturing feedback from visitors after they have visited the exhibition.
The Museum may be busy and noisy at times.
Level of English Language required:
For this role we are looking for a volunteer with a good level of English language, who is confident in reading the survey and communicating with the visitors, and writing down their responses.
Dates and times:
Dates: Between the 29th August – 31st October
These include: Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Tuesdays and Fridays 10.30am – 1pm & 1pm – 3.30pm, Saturdays 11.30am – 2.30pm.
